Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order, including required insurance, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes, APO, and DPO Addresses

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or DPO addresses. A physical address is required to ensure secure delivery and proper insurance coverage.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Hendey James, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Insurance

  • All shipments require insurance coverage, which must be purchased before the item will be shipped. The insurance must cover the full value of the item and will be included in the shipping charges at checkout.
  • If you are shipping a high-value item, please contact us at contact@hendeyjames.com to arrange for additional insurance coverage and secure shipping options.

Damages

  • Hendey James, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
